Hen Haven

Hen Haven is a newly created platform company formed to capitalize on the expanding statutory requirements in California, Oregon, Washington, and other states requiring exclusive cage-free retail and food service shell egg sales beginning in January 2022 and beyond.  The company was formed simultaneously with the acquisition of the assets of an Iowa cage-free farm which included 112 acres, a fully populated cage-free egg laying complex (1.4-million-layer hens), and a 675,000-pullet rearing facility.
